Our menu is kept concise to ensure that our dishes are based only on fresh and seasonal produce. We liaise daily with our fish, meat and vegetable suppliers, most of them fishermen and vegetable growers, to guarantee the freshest possible produce. Therefore our dynamic daily changing menu is focused on what is currently in the market.
Apart from fish, local pork, beef and rabbit (a Maltese delicacy) are featured emphasizing the local produce element. We encourage you to mix and share our antipasti and pasta choices with those gathered around the table.
