Our Story

Our restaurant manager Adrian was born of Maltese parentage, and has years of experience within the culinary business. Having worked in Australia, Italy and the United Kingdom in the famous London River Café, Adrian considers his specialty to be the Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.

His vision is to bring to Malta a place that seamlessly combines good food, wine and service to make your dining experience one to remember.


At Terrone, we aim to enhance Malta’s flavours as they reflect the local heritage and identity. Paying attention to detail, we aim to offer you an outstanding meal in a welcoming environment.

We aim to serve you exquisite meals cooked with our freshest produce prepared in a simple way to keep its true flavour.

In 2020 we were honoured with Michelin Bib Gourmand in the first edition in Malta.


Our friendly staff will explain what’s on our menu and how it is prepared. Suggestions and recommendations can also be made to help you decide on what wine goes best with the dish of your preference.
